This is deliberately not a ranked ladder and no numeric privacy score is invented: “would work” splits into daily-driver practical options (GrapheneOS, CalyxOS, /e/OS, iodéOS, Volla OS, iOS) and specialist Linux hardware where telephony or apps may be incomplete (PureOS, postmarketOS, Ubuntu Touch).
