This benchmark covers five scaled AI pronunciation and speaking apps — ELSA Speak, BoldVoice, Loora, Praktika and Speak — drawn from 93 metric-bearing source rows retained out of 995 scanned web results, as of 15 October 2026. Metrics with different scopes (lifetime downloads, monthly single-store snapshots, company ARR, US subscription prices) are shown in separate panels and never mixed; a blank means no reliable figure, not zero.
Gross spend ≠ net revenue ≠ ARR. Sensor Tower figures are estimated gross consumer spend in one app store and one country for the last month; Apple/Google take a cut before any of it reaches the company. Company ARR (BoldVoice $10M disclosed, Speak ~$100M per an independent tracker, Praktika $20M per a third-party report) is a company-wide annualized measure and cannot be compared with monthly single-store spend.
Geography and store scope differ. ELSA, BoldVoice and Praktika snapshots are US Apple App Store; Speak's snapshot is South Korea, its dominant market. Cumulative download claims (ELSA 92M+, BoldVoice 5M+) are global and lifetime.
Duplicate snapshots conflict. Two Sensor Tower URL variants for Praktika report 600k downloads / $2M and 400k / $1M for the same period; both are shown, not averaged.
Pricing varies by region, SKU and promotion. US list prices are shown; Loora and Praktika expose several in-app-purchase SKUs rather than one canonical plan, and BoldVoice shows other SKUs up to $24.99/month in store data.

Method: 93 metric-bearing source rows retained from 995 scanned web results across official sites, Apple and Google store listings, Sensor Tower country snapshots, PMF Show, ARR Club and independent comparison sites, as of 2026-10-15. Download counts mix lifetime global totals and last-month single-store estimates; revenue mixes estimated gross app-store consumer spend with company ARR — panels keep these scopes apart. The table shows the 18 primary rows behind the visual; duplicated localized or tag-page URLs and smaller apps (Duolingo, EngVarta, SpeakShark, Talkpal, ISSEN, sayit) were cut for space. Blanks mean no reliable public figure.
