Asked:“Can you compile a list of Cellares and Ori biotech investors?”
A public-disclosure scan for Multiply Labs Series C conflict screening: 30 company–investor pairs across two cell and gene therapy manufacturing-technology companies. Cellares shows 17 investors confirmed by company announcements or financing press releases plus 5 secondary-only names; Ori Biotech shows 8 confirmed institutional investors across its $9.4M Seed, $30M Series A and >$100M Series B.
All confirmed names require formal conflict review before Multiply Labs outreach — not automatic exclusion. For each, check the exact fund entity, the partner involved, board-observer and information-rights status, whether the position has been sold or distributed, and whether an internal information barrier could permit investment. The five secondary-only Cellares names should be independently verified before being treated as conflicts.

Public-financing disclosure scan, 30 company–investor rows compiled from company announcements, financing press releases and secondary press. It records disclosed round participation only — it is not a cap table and does not prove current ownership, board rights, information rights or active fund status. Five Cellares names rest on secondary sources only and are marked accordingly. Compiled as follow-up to the Multiply Labs Series C investor-targeting work.
