A Snowflake-pedigree CRO plus a central RevOps lead opening and a dedicated GTM Systems Engineer signals a two-layer operating model: a business/process owner (forecasting, compensation, quota, pipeline hygiene, planning with Finance) sitting above a technical systems builder (CRM/CPQ, warehouse data flows, automations and agents, monitoring, tool lifecycle).
The function already exists and is specialized. Six confirmed GTM-ops or GTM-finance hires since March 2026 cover central ops, post-sales/customer-engineering ops, GTM strategy & ops, a European regional directorship, and GTM finance — embedded pods rather than a single team. The two openings look like a move to add a central owner and a systems layer across those pods.
Watch the Operations side. Both openings sit under General & Administrative, and Emily Cohen (SVP, Operations and People, previously Head of Business Operations) gives central Operations a plausible administrative claim on the function, alone or shared with the CRO. Individual employee reporting lines were not publicly found anywhere.
