“can you put all the surf schools/surfcamp/surf hostels around the world in list. also surf repair and surf shops”
A live-web sweep gathered 7,377 service-specific listings across 148 source country and territory labels, consolidated into 5,919 business/location records. There is no authoritative global registry, so this is a large researched directory rather than a literally complete worldwide census; coverage varies by language and country, and partial records were kept — blank cells mean the source did not resolve that field.
One business can appear under several services, so these five counts overlap and should not be summed into unique businesses. “Surfboard repair” counts only businesses whose indexed page explicitly stated repair; many surf shops also fix boards without saying so.
Source country labels as they appeared in the pages — 148 labels including variants, abbreviations, territories and translations (for example both “United States” and “USA”). A coverage overview, not a definitive country ranking. Showing the top 20; the rest are searchable in the directory below.

Method: consolidated live-web directory of 5,919 surf business/location records built from 7,377 service-specific listings (2,990 surf shops, 2,419 surf schools, 1,271 surf camps, 541 surf hostels, 156 explicit surfboard-repair listings), semantically extracted from about 6,000 candidate search-result pages across three diverse search sets. Every listing carries a source URL; sources span 606 independent hosts and the largest single URL backs 127 listings (1.72%). Missing fields retained: 1,690 listings without a country, 824 without a city, 4,749 without an official website. Counts are service listings, not unique businesses. Research date: September 16, 2026.
