Cautious labelling: “retrieval / grounding-like” is used where answers or learning content are grounded in company documents or people data but no source explicitly says “RAG”. MCP is a secure connector for AI clients such as Claude and ChatGPT — not itself an LLM. No evidenced item qualifies as autonomous AI candidate screening.
