Find, exhaustively, all 4G/mobile and true residential proxy sellers — checking Product Hunt, BlackHatWorld, GitHub lists, review sites and directories — and for each capture supported protocols (SOCKS5, UDP, VPN protocols), platform/OS spoofing, pricing, and any minimum-commitment requirements (deposits, minimum GB, fixed duration).
This census covers 162 normalized seller brands — the full set this best-effort open-web sweep surfaced; there is no authoritative registry, so it is an extensive census, not a complete universe. It was built from 20 searches across the general web, comparison sites, GitHub, Product Hunt, BlackHatWorld, Reddit and review directories, yielding 2,749 deduplicated page results and 12,557 provider mentions before filtering. 34 brands have detailed, source-attributable capability cells; for the other 128, blank cells mean the researched pages gave no safely attributable value — not that the feature is absent.

Method: best-effort open-web census of mobile/4G/5G, rotating residential and static ISP proxy sellers, compiled 2026-09-13 from 20 searches over general web results, comparison sites, GitHub, Product Hunt, BlackHatWorld, Reddit, review sites and directories; 2,749 deduplicated page results and 12,557 raw provider mentions were normalized to 162 brands backed by 73 distinct source hosts, with no single URL backing more than 11 rows. Cells hold only explicitly attributable claims; blanks mean the pages yielded no safe value. Long pricing text is truncated in the table for space. Prices, plans and products are time-sensitive — recheck every claim at checkout.
