How many startups founded since 2024 with one or two co-founders have reached unicorn status as of September 2026? List all companies with industry, value proposition, why it worked, a 1–10 rubric scoring saturation, innovation, barriers to entry and related factors versus like-kind startups at founding and now, and all key milestones in months after founding.
The research identified 38 evidence-backed private startups founded on or after 1 January 2024 with one or two founders that reached a post-money private valuation of at least US$1 billion by 24 September 2026 — a researched lower bound, not an exhaustive census, drawn from 2,130 deduplicated web results across many independent hosts (some rows remain single-source). Together they carry roughly $163 billion in latest valuations; 32 of 38 are AI or robotics companies, and the median time from founding to unicorn was 22 months.

Method: 38 private companies founded on or after 2024-01-01 with one or two stated founders and a post-money valuation ≥ US$1B by 2026-09-24, compiled from 2,130 URL-deduplicated web results and cross-checked against a broader candidate extraction; a researched lower bound, not an exhaustive census, and some rows are single-source. Valuations are post-money US$ as last publicly reported. Rubric scores (1–10) are comparative analyst judgments against like-kind and adjacent startups, not sourced facts; overall = innovation 20%, current barriers 20%, timing 15%, traction/execution 25%, current moat durability 20%, rounded. Months-to-unicorn is approximate where sources gave only a year or month. Full founder names, unicorn financing events and milestone timelines appear in the expandable table rows; nothing was cut.
