Build a census of publicly reported AI adoption at US physician groups, MSOs, DSOs and practice-management companies from January 2025 to today — one row per organization + use case + vendor, with stage, stated announcement date, outcome claim and source — excluding hospitals, health systems, payers and AI vendors themselves; then summarize by use case, specialty, org type, vendor, PE backing and quarter.
The census covers 166 organization + use case + vendor adoption records across 139 distinct US organizations, announced 2025-01-01 through 2026-10-25, drawn from 80 distinct source hosts. It is a best-effort census of publicly reported events, not the complete universe: syndicated press-release mirrors were deduplicated by organization + use case + vendor with one preferred source kept, and rows without an explicitly stated announcement date were dropped.

Method: web census of publicly reported AI adoption at US physician groups, MSOs, DSOs and physician practice management companies, January 1, 2025 through October 25, 2026. 166 records (one per organization + normalized use case + normalized vendor) across 139 distinct organizations and 80 distinct source hosts; no single URL supports more than 6 records. Counts measure publicly announced adoption events, not installed base. Announcement dates had to be stated on the page; syndicated press-release mirrors were deduplicated with a preferred direct or reputable source retained; listicles were excluded. PE status enriched from separate ownership evidence where explicit, otherwise "unknown". Specialty bars cut to the top 12 of 42 stated values for space; vendor panels show top vendors per use case. Hospitals, health systems, payers and AI vendors themselves are out of scope.
